Overview:

ISBA is the single body representing the interests of British advertisers in all areas of commercial communications, including TV advertising, radio, press, outdoor, new media, direct marketing, sponsorship and sales promotion. Founded in 1900, ISBA currently has over 400 member-companies, whose total communications spend approaches £10 billion.

Services:
Alongside its well-publicised issue-focused agenda, ISBA offers members wide-ranging practical advice, guidance and training services to support effective use of their marketing communications budgets.

As well as a programme of events and seminars on key industry issues and trends and a library of publications, guidelines and best practice notes, ISBA’s dedicated membership services team offers confidential one-to-one advice and counsel on agency contracts, agency search and selection, agency relationship evaluation, remuneration, fee negotiation and legal and production issues. Designed to help add value to ISBA membership, these services are free and exclusive to ISBA members. The services are well used, with the dedicated Membership Services team carrying out over 500 projects each year.
